Cross Country

Each year, the Brisbane Water PSSA Cross Country Carnival is held during term 2. The venue for the carnival will be confirmed closer to the date. Schools will conduct their own cross country carnival before this date and the top 6 place getters at each school carnival progress to the BWPSSA carnival.

Students will compete in 2km or 3km races. See below:

8 & 9yrs – 2km
10yrs – 2km
11yrs – 3km
12 & 13yrs – 3km
Multi-class athletes are invited and encouraged to participate in this carnival for their respective events.

In 2024, the Brisbane Water PSSA carnival will be held on Friday 24^th May (term 2, week 4), with a back-up date of Friday 31^st May 2024 (term 2, week 5).

The Sydney North PSSA carnival, will be held on Thursday 21^st June (term 2, week 8).

The NSW PSSA carnival, will be held on Tuesday 23^rd July (term 3, week 1).
