Swimming

The Brisbane Water PSSA zone swimming carnival is held each year during term 1, at the Woy Woy Peninsula Leisure Centre. Students have the chance to compete in freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, medley, and relay events.

Schools submit their swimming team based on results from their school carnival.

If students are successful at this carnival, they will progress to the Sydney North PSSA association carnival, which is held later in term 1.

• In 2026, the Brisbane Water PSSA carnival will be held on Friday 6^th March (term 1, week 6).
• The Sydney North PSSA carnival, will be held on Tuesday 31^st March (term 1, week 10).
• The NSW PSSA carnival, will be held on Monday 27^th & Tuesday 28^th April (term 2, week 2).

More information about these carnivals will be released closer to the date.
